OCNSER Quality Surgeries Spring Term

Last summer OCNSER held a very successful series of quality surgeries. These were designed to offer a flexible verification and certification service. Generally this option is better suited to centres with less than 25 learners on each of their courses.

We have again arranged quality surgeries at a number of venues across the south east region. This service offers you:

• A choice of local venues and individual appointment times. 
• A fixed appointment with a specialist OCNSER Quality Reviewer enabling you to focus on quality issues in a relaxed environment without fear of interruption.
• An effective service for externally verifying provision for centres who do not have an Approved Internal Verifier in place.
• A fast turnaround for your accreditation as your Recommendation for Award of Credit Forms will be despatched immediately to our administration centre.

During the one to one meeting the Quality Reviewer will discuss your programme provision and review samples of learners’ work. Where appropriate Quality Reviewers will request samples of good practice which will help to inform the quality of provision across the region and nationally.
