Unique Learner Numbers (ULNs)
Posted 23 September 2009Commencing from 1st August 2009 all learners aged between 14 and 19 will require a Unique Learner Number (ULN) in order to process their registrations. We will also be phasing in ULNs for all other learners over the coming year.

Access Moderation
Welcome to the Access Moderation page which is primarily for Access external moderators and staff in Access provider centres. A range of our Access quality and moderation documents can be downloaded below.
New for 2009-10
Access Moderator Induction: an on-line induction package will initially be available for moderators new to working with OCNSER in the autumn term. An updated version will then be released for all moderators by early 2010.
Access Moderation Briefing 1: the first briefing update for moderators for 09-10 is being emailed out and can also be downloaded from the Access Moderation Briefings section below.
OCNSER Access Conference: please hold the date 22nd April 2010 - the venue is Park Crescent Conference Centre in central London. Further details will be posted later in the autumn term.
Access Moderator Forum Meetings: for 2009-10 we are incorporating Moderator Forum meetings on the same days and times as our Access Practitioner Group (APG) meetings. Please see the schedule below for dates and venues. These meetings provide an opportunity to catch up with new issues from OCNSER and to meet to share information and ideas with other moderators. If you have specific moderation quetsions, you can discuss these with an AVA officer at on eof these meetings.
